Minimalist Logo Designer & Visual Identity Expert

Logo design has been my passion from the very start of my career. My journey began over 20 years ago with logos for personal projects, and in 2010, I turned that passion into a profession by freelancing and creating logos for businesses worldwide.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Creating Logo Designs & Visual Identity Systems

After 3 years of working as a freelance graphic designer, in 2013 I’ve joined a wonderful team on the role of logo designer. I’ve spent 9 years on that job, developing minimalistic logo designs for Scandinavian markets. That job helped to define my style as a minimalistic logo designer even more.

In 2017, while still working as a logo designer (Senior Graphic Designer by then) for Logokompaniet, I’ve launched Brand Creators to help build well designed visual identity systems for businesses in Romania. Along the way, I’ve covered a variety of design tasks and assets that played a role in the development of visual identities for businesses world wide. Some of those are:

Portfolio

My work as a Minimalistic Logo Designer and Visual Identity Expert for worldwide businesses

For 9 years of my career, I focused on designing logos for Scandinavian markets – Norway, Sweden, and occasionally Denmark and Finland – where minimalism defines the design landscape. This experience perfectly aligned with my own approach, shaping me into a minimalist logo designer and strengthening my ability to craft clean, impactful visual identities, as shown next.

Tools & Resources

What Tools I'm using for Minimalistic Logo Designs

Besides the traditional pen and paper that I use for sketching, there are a few digital tools that I’m using consistently in my work as an expert minimalistic logo designer. Following is a list with some of these tools that I use to design, create and manage logo and visual identity projects for clients, including apps, device(s), websites and what not.

MacBook Pro

6 years ago I switched from a Windows PC to a MacBook Pro device and never looked back. Currently working on a M3 Max MacBook Pro laptop.

Illustrator CC

The main software I use to create logo designs and develop visual identity systems for clients. For me, it’s the best tool for vector format designs.

Photoshop CC

I’m using Photoshop to create realistic design presentations for work done in Illustrator, but also for other tasks like photo manipulation and more.

Adobe_InDesign_CC_icon

Adobe InDesign

I’ve been using InDesign more as a Creative Director lately, but I also use it from occasionally to design complex multipage assets like books and stuff.

Dropbox_Icon

Dropbox

For over a decade, Dropbox has been the main cloud for my files. And now it still helps me store all my designs but also with client project deliveries.

Adobe Fonts

In creating professional looking logo designs, you need great fonts. For that I use Adobe Fonts’ library that includes top notch premium fonts.

Coolors

I’ve been using the Coolors website to explore, generate & test color palettes. It has a bunch of cool tools that can help generate different color palettes.

todoist-icon-svgrepo-com

Todoist

I’ve been using Todoist for a few years now to organise my tasks and projects and to plan them ahead. It helps me keep track of what needs to be done.
