The goal for this project has been to create a website for Mogoșa Domain from Maramureș, Romania, a property and travel destination that also offers accommodation services. I had the mission to create a design system for the website that would be consistent with their already built visual identity, which was achieved by following their visual identity manual for the color scheme and finding matching web fonts that could be used on the website.
This was a presentation website that also included a few custom and dynamic implementations, like:
- Custom post type for accommodations, making it possible to add multiple accommodation types, for when the property will expand.
- Custom content type for events that will showcase in a dynamic calendar on the Events page.
- Custom forms for accommodation availability, that automatically redirect to the booking page with the selected dates.
The website was developed on the WordPress CRM, using Elementor PRO for building the custom design system and Crocoblock plugins to build the custom implementations. Each season the website is updated with picture that match it (winter, spring, summer and autumn).
