Project context
GVPack started as a natural extension of an existing CNC manufacturing business, expanding into thermoforming packaging production.
The challenge was to create a clear, modern, and technical brand presence suitable for industries such as CNC, packaging, and thermoforming, industries where clarity, precision, and structure matter more than expressive branding.
The project marked the launch of a new business, requiring a visual system that could support both credibility and practical day-to-day use.
Establishing the visual foundation
The collaboration began with the development of the logo and core visual elements, forming the foundation of the brand.
The logo was designed as a structural symbol, built around an abstract box shape – directly referencing packaging – while subtly integrating the initials G and V. This approach allowed the mark to communicate the nature of the business without relying on literal representation.
The result was a clean, technical logo system, designed to be easy to apply across various formats and materials.
Supporting everyday business communication
Once the logo system was established, the brand was applied to essential business materials.
Stationery was designed to ensure consistency across printed communication, while an HTML email signature system was created to support uniform brand representation across the entire team.
This step helped standardize one of the company’s most frequent communication channels — email — ensuring visual consistency across daily client interactions.
Scaling the brand into a digital presence
As the business required a clear online presence, the brand system was extended into a WordPress website, designed to present the company’s services, products, and technology.
The website was approached as a practical digital extension of the brand, focusing on:
- clear structure
- technical clarity
- straightforward presentation of capabilities
Rather than a marketing-driven experience, the site functions as a reliable reference point for potential clients and partners.
Ongoing brand support
Over time, the brand system was further extended through additional materials such as flyers and roll-ups, used for industry events and trade fairs.
These extensions followed the same visual principles established at the beginning of the project, ensuring consistency as new needs emerged.
The collaboration evolved naturally into a long-term partnership, supporting the brand as the business continued to grow.
Outcome
GVPack now operates with a clear and functional brand design system, applied consistently across print and digital touchpoints.
The system provides a stable visual foundation for a technical manufacturing business, supporting ongoing communication needs while remaining flexible enough to adapt as the company evolves.
